Job Description:
Eskom is seeking a skilled Secretary to join our Risk and Assurance Department at Kriel Power Station. This role involves providing essential secretarial and administrative support to the manager and team.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering secretarial and administrative support services to the manager and section.
Providing comprehensive customer/client service.
Handling general office administrative functions.
Processing data from information systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications: NCV4/NSC3/Grade 12/Certificate in Secretarial/Administration or Human Sciences at NQF 4 with 120 Credits.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related secretarial or administrative role.
Skills and Competencies:
Leadership: Ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and develop teams.
Behavioral: Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Knowledge: Understanding of Eskom’s policies and procedures.
Skills: Proficiency in computer literacy, sound interpersonal skills, and strong administrative capabilities.
