Key Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Fabiani brand and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

Customer Engagement: Exceed customer expectations by identifying their needs and offering the best possible solutions.

Product Knowledge: Sell a wide range of premium products and stay updated on the latest fashion trends.

Sales Performance: Actively track sales performance against targets and take steps to achieve them.

Sales Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate new sales.

Stock Management: Assist with replenishing stock and ensure the store is always ready to meet customer needs.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective relationship networks both inside and outside the organization.

Adaptability: Take on new challenges and opportunities with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm.

Flexible Scheduling: Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: A Grade 12 qualification is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
