About Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA):
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is pleased to announce openings for its Sales Learnership program. This initiative offers individuals a unique opportunity to acquire comprehensive skills in sales, customer care, marketing, merchandising, and management across diverse regions.
Purpose of the Program:
The Sales Learnership program is designed to equip participants with practical expertise in sales strategies, customer relationship management, merchandising principles, and fostering growth within CCBSA’s designated areas. Successful completion will lead to the attainment of the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4.
Key Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will undertake responsibilities such as:
– Comprehending the commercial aspects of Sales
– Developing customer care and management competencies
– Mastering marketing and merchandising standards
– Refining management and communication skills
Attributes and Competencies Required:
Ideal candidates should possess:
– Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
– Exemplary interpersonal skills
– Assertiveness, persuasiveness, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
– Traits of responsibility, organizational prowess, ability to perform under pressure, and a high drive for success
Qualifications:
Applicants must have:
– Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%)
– Proficiency in two South African languages (minimum 40%)
– Valid Driver’s License
– No previous completion of the same qualification/learnership elsewhere
Requirements:
Candidates must:
– Be South African Citizens
– Be Employment Equity candidates
– Be between the ages of 18-35 years
– Be committed to a 12-month learnership program
