Job Description:


CCBSA is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to participate in a 12-month Business Administration Learnership Programme. This learnership is designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical work experience, equipping participants with the skills needed to excel in the field of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be based in one of our key locations: Nigel, Polokwane, Pretoria, or Heidelberg, and will report directly to the HR Coordinator.

This programme is specifically tailored for unemployed individuals with disabilities who meet the eligibility criteria. It offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, earn a qualification, and contribute to the success of a globally recognized brand.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, particularly during peak business periods and when team members are on leave.
  • Participate in structured on-the-job learning and formal training sessions.
  • Adhere to the learnership requirements and actively engage in all programme activities.

Skills, Experience & Education:


To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Education: A Matric certificate with Maths/Maths Literacy and English (minimum pass rate of 40%).
  • Employment Status: Must be unemployed.
  • Previous Qualifications: Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership (NQF Level 3 Business Administration) at another company or organization.
  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
  • Age: Must be between 18 and 34 years old.
  • Disability: Must provide a letter from a registered medical practitioner detailing the nature of the disability.
  • Commitment: Must be willing to complete the full 12-month programme and attend all required classes.
  • Formal Studies: Must not be enrolled in any formal studies during the learnership period.
  • Background Check: Must not have a negative criminal or credit record.
  • Location: Must be based in or near Nigel, Polokwane, Pretoria, or Heidelberg, or be willing to travel to these locations.

Additional Information:

  • Stipend: A stipend will be provided in line with SETA requirements.
  • Equity Consideration: Only equity candidates with disabilities will be considered for this position.
