- Education: A minimum of Grade 10 is required, although a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is preferred.
- Employment History: Candidates should not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year.
- Education Status: Applicants must not be enrolled in full-time studies during the program’s duration (April 2023 – March 2024).
- Program Participation: Individuals who have previously participated in or registered for the YES program are ineligible to apply.
- Commitment: Candidates must be fully available and willing to commit to the entire 12-month contract period.
- Logistics: Applicants are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation, if required.
