Job Description:
Come and join this dedicated team as a Receptionist where you will be supporting the Business Area in the provision of a receptionist service and administrative functions.
Providing Accurate Information to Support Client Queries:
- Respond to requests, prioritize as appropriate, investigate problems, and develop remedial plans to resolve escalated queries.
- Provide accurate information to resolve incidents and report new incidents to the LTP Coordinator.
Generic Tasks:
Health, Safety & Environment:
- Demonstrate behavior in line with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Report issues to your Coordinator that you cannot address.
People:
Exhibit behavior aligned with the Group’s values, standards, and a professional workplace.
Collaborate effectively with your Coordinator, peers, and relevant others (including other teams where necessary) to achieve business goals.
Financial:
- Operate cost-effectively within the limits set by your Section Manager.
Work Processes:
- Adhere to policies, processes, and systems. Advise your Coordinator of any issues that impede your or the team’s performance.
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid driver’s license
Experience:.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
Knowledge of SAP systems is required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
