Eligibility Criteria:

Buscor invites applications from unemployed youths who meet the following criteria:

Unemployment Status: Applicants must be unemployed.

Driver’s License: Possession of a valid C1 Driver’s License is mandatory.

Age Requirement: Candidates must be between the ages of 22 and 35.

Educational Qualification: A minimum of Grade 11 pass is required.

Criminal Record: Applicants must have a clean criminal record.

Medical and Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit to drive a heavy motor vehicle, specifically a bus.

Residency: Applicants must be South African citizens residing in one of Buscor’s operational areas.

Career Aspiration: Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to build a career as a professional driver.

Required Documents:

Name Clearance: A document verifying the applicant’s legal name.

Certified ID Copy: A certified copy of the applicant’s South African ID.

Grade 11 Certificate/Report: Proof of educational qualification.

Motivation Letter: A one-page motivation letter detailing the applicant’s future goals and explaining how obtaining a Code C/EC Driver’s License and Professional Driver’s Permit will help them build a career as a professional driver.

Proof of Residence: Documentation proving residency in one of Buscor’s operational areas.
