Job Description:
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a skilled cosmetic consultant to join our team at different locations. As a cosmetic consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating your own client base and promoting awareness of Dis-Chem’s range of nail treatments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
• Computer literacy
• Retail experience
• Availability to work retail hours

Responsibilities:

• Gather and address customer feedback
• Execute monthly promotions
• Achieve monthly treatment and product targets
• Stay updated on new products and techniques through training
• Complete customer cards for new clients
• Submit accurate monthly reports
• Adhere to Dis-Chem’s payment procedures
• Manage stock levels according to company procedures
• Ensure effective merchandising and promotions
• Provide high-quality nail care and painting techniques

Competencies:

• Knowledgeable in nail technology and contra-indications for treatments
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Trustworthy and honest
• Deadline and target-driven

Advantageous:

• Bilingual

Special Conditions:

• Ability to work retail hours
• Physically capable of performing manicures and pedicures
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport, or proximity to the store
• South African citizenship
• Clear credit and criminal records
