Purpose of Position:

The role of Administrator Creditors and Debtors at Motus Isuzu involves delivering credit control services to accurately and promptly process transactions. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Manager and be responsible for executing predefined tasks as per standard operating procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

Main Functions:

• Collect debt for the dealership, ensuring all outstanding monies are collected.
• Input data accurately into the OEM System.
• Maintain regular contact with debtors to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the dealer to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Promote team cooperation and collaboration.

Deliverables:

Collect a significant percentage of outstanding debtors at month-end within the following month.

Reconcile supplier statements to payments and the Supplier’s ledger.

Perform the full creditor’s function efficiently.

Manage and reduce the percentage of debtors outstanding over 60 days.

Ensure all debtors have valid credit applications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Computer literacy; proficiency in the Drive 8 operating system will be an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of experience in Creditors/Debtors roles.
• Financial background.
