Job Purpose:
To provide quality and accurate business administrative support services to internal and external stakeholders, enabling Nedbank to achieve its business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Capture and process administration requests and vendor invoice payments on relevant systems.
Reconcile supplier invoices and general ledger accounts with supporting documents and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Contribute to revenue increase by driving submitted sales to completion and compiling a service catalogue with allocated costs per product.
Ensure cost recovery for services rendered by maintaining and monitoring the transfer pricing system and delivering value through vendor engagement.
Monitor departmental financial performance by analyzing actual-to-budget variances and applying statistical growth information to compile efficient budgets.
Minimize financial and reputational risks through accurate processing activities and reducing unnecessary operational costs.
Provide timely feedback to stakeholders by generating relevant reports and MIS, ensuring requests are actioned within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Verify reports, data, transactions, and client information according to Nedbank policies and FICA rules.
Prepare trustee and month-end management packs, maintain administration files and legal documents.
Escalate anomalies and discrepancies to the Team Manager.
Stay updated on legislative and industry changes by reading newsletters, visiting relevant websites, and attending sessions.
