Programme Description:

Learnerships at Sasol are comprehensive training programmes that combine theoretical learning with practical experience. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to take up learnerships in the following fields:

• Mechanical Fitter
• Instrument Mechanic
• Electrician
• Chemical Plant Operator

Job Description:

As a participant in the Learnership Programme, you will be engaged in hands-on learning and professional development activities. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical skills and knowledge relevant to your field of study. Responsibilities include:

Participating in structured training sessions and practical workshops.

Completing all required assessments and evaluations.

Engaging in workplace readiness activities and exercises to enhance your employability.

Following safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve learning objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

To qualify for this learnership, you must have:

• A completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent with a pass in:
• Technical Mathematics/Mathematics SG/HG
• English/Business English SG/HG
• Technical/Physical Science SG/HG

Core Elements:

• Participate in the Learnership Programme and successfully complete the assessment process.
• Engage in all required work-place readiness activities and exercises.
