About the Learnership Programme


Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) is offering an exciting Operations Learnership Programme designed to equip learners with essential skills in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a Further Education and Training Certificate: Generic Management (NQF Level 4).

This 12-month programme combines theoretical training with practical work experience, providing learners with a well-rounded understanding of operations management.


Key Responsibilities


During the programme, learners will:

  • Apply leadership concepts in a work context.
  • Motivate and build effective teams.

Requirements


To qualify for this learnership, applicants must:

  • Have completed Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate).
  • Be a South African citizen.

  • Be computer literate.
  • Demonstrate a dedication to learning new skills.
  • Be unemployed and able to commit to the 12-month programme.
