Job Description

Jet Stores, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join their dynamic retail teams nationwide. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of one of South Africa’s most loved fashion and lifestyle retail brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional shopping experiences, achieving sales targets, and representing the Jet brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive quality service while maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Jet brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store.

Identify customer needs and provide the best product solutions to exceed expectations.

Drive and monitor personal and store sales performance against targets.

Stay updated with the latest fashion and décor trends to engage customers confidently.

Replenish and organize stock to maintain store readiness at all times.

Support store promotions, merchandising, and visual standards to maximize sales opportunities.

Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is essential.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about customer service and fashion retail.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
