Job Description

The Sales Associate will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class shopping experience. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining stock readiness, staying current with the latest fashion trends, and promoting the brand’s diverse product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying needs and offering the best possible solutions.
• Exceed daily and monthly sales targets through active engagement and product knowledge.
• Maintain an attractive store layout and replenish stock when necessary.
• Stay informed on new fashion, décor, and style trends.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote loyalty.
• Handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
• Retail or customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Must be target-driven, proactive, and passionate about people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
