Job Description

As a Sales Associate / Shop Assistant, you will represent your assigned TFG brand as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards. You will work with diverse product ranges — from clothing and accessories to décor and footwear — ensuring every customer leaves with an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Keep up to date with fashion and décor trends relevant to your assigned brand.

Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Build long-lasting relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
• Previous retail or customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
