This 12-month fixed-term program is designed to help individuals develop essential skills in customer service, sales, and store operations, setting them up for future career success.

Who Can Apply?

To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

✔ Age: Between 18 and 28 years old
✔ Education: At least Grade 10 (Matric preferred)
✔ Employment History: Should not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than one year
✔ Availability: Must not be enrolled in full-time studies during the learnership period (April 2023 – March 2024)
✔ YES Program Participation: Must not have previously been part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) program
✔ Commitment: Willing to complete the full 12-month contract
✔ Transport & Accommodation: Should be able to manage own travel and living costs if required

⚠ Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, in line with the Employment Equity Act.
