Job Overview
Toyota Bedfordview is seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver to join the Sales Department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by transporting goods and customers safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Route Planning: Strategically plan and optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Accurate Deliveries: Handle parts distribution with precision, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer queries and concerns courteously and professionally.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Company Representation: Act as an ambassador for Toyota, promoting products and services during customer interactions.
Feedback Reporting: Communicate customer preferences and any issues encountered during deliveries to the sales team.
Time Management: Manage delivery schedules effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 | National Certificate.
Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record.
Experience: Previous experience as a driver within a vehicle dealership is essential.
Traffic Laws Knowledge: Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in verifying and delivering orders.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships.
Basic Vehicle Knowledge: Understanding of routine vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
