Truworths is seeking a passionate and driven Cosmetic Consultant to join our Lancôme team in Western Cape, Gauteng, and KwaZulu-Natal. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Perform professional makeovers and provide personalized beauty consultations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lancôme products and competitor offerings.
- Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork and stock management.
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping to keep the counter clean and presentable.
- Collaborate with brand representatives to stay updated on promotions and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with cosmetic products.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of makeup application and makeovers.
