Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this learnership, applicants must:

Be between 18 and 28 years old.

Have completed at least Grade 10 (Matric is preferable).

Not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year.

Be unavailable for full-time studies during the learnership period (April 2023 – March 2024).

Not have participated in or been registered on the YES program previously.

Be willing to commit to the full 12-month contract.

Be responsible for accommodation and transport costs, if applicable.

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
