Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Client Service Consultant is to provide customers with exceptional service by understanding their needs, processing their requests, and serving them promptly. The consultant will apply appropriate sales processes within the unit to achieve sales targets, converting leads to sales by opening active accounts to meet annual targets.

Responsibilities:
- Manage costs and expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio by making contact and generating leads.
- Increase the active customer account base to grow the client portfolio.
- Maintain expert knowledge of specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Maximize business portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products to achieve sales targets.
- Define a sales portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets through competitor analysis and developing sales initiatives that align with various segment strategies.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Enter all qualified leads into the sales pipeline and maintain daily updates.
