Role Overview:

In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs promptly, processing requests efficiently, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet objectives. You’ll be responsible for turning leads into sales and opening new accounts to meet annual targets.

Role Objectives:

Aligned with FRG Promises, you’ll maintain a high standard of service in the Foreign Exchange Product House. You’ll be the primary contact for Forex payment assistance and ensure exceptional service through proactive and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for Forex payment inquiries.
• Provide service that surpasses client expectations with proactive solutions.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Deliver accurate and comprehensive information using the appropriate methods.
• Go above and beyond to engage with clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience managing high-level client queries in a call center or client care role.
• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking sector is preferred.
