To qualify for this learnership, candidates must meet the following criteria:

✔ Age Requirement: Between 18 and 28 years old
✔ Education: Minimum of Grade 10 (Matric preferred)
✔ Employment History: Must not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year
✔ Study Status: Must not be enrolled in full-time studies during the learnership period (April 2023 – March 2024)
✔ YES Program: Must not have participated in or been registered on the YES initiative before
✔ Commitment: Willing to complete the full 12-month contract
✔ Logistics: Must be able to manage transportation and accommodation independently (if applicable)

⚠ Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act.
