Job Summary:

At Capitec Bank, we’re now recruiting for enthusiastic, client-centered individuals to join our team as Bank Better Champions. As a Bank Better Champion, your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, controlling branch traffic, and providing excellent client assistance through self-service or remote channels. This is a great chance for people who love to give excellent customer service and are interested in the banking industry. Candidates with a Grade 12 diploma would be qualified for the position since there is no prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

-Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the branch will help to create a welcoming atmosphere.

-Help customers use and comprehend the different self-service options, such as ATMs and online banking systems.

-Guide and help customers through remote or self-service transactions to ensure a smooth transaction.

-Retain an ordered and effective queue structure to ensure that customers are served quickly and effectively.

-Assist customers with straightforward banking questions, like account balances, transaction histories, and product details.

-Seek for opportunities to inform customers about the characteristics and advantages of Capitec Bank’s goods and services.

-Work with the branch team to achieve branch goals and guarantee overall client satisfaction.

-Remain informed with Capitec Bank’s policies, practises, and products so that you can give clients accurate information.

Requirements:

-A minimum grade-level qualification of 12.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-A focus on providing great customer service and a customer-centric approach.

-The ability to juggle numerous jobs at once and function in a fast-paced atmosphere.

-Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to act quickly.

-Ability to accurately complete assignments and detail-oriented.

-A basic understanding of computers and experience using self-service banking options.

-The ability to work flexibly, including on weekends and during late hours for banking.
