Job Description:
Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Picker Packer for its Parts Distribution Centre in Germiston, Gauteng. The role involves receiving parts and consignments, binning parts accordingly, and daily picking and delivery of parts to relevant areas or departments, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize tasks to meet performance targets and SOPs.
- Provide daily task delivery feedback.
- Resolve routine problems and report unresolved issues.
- Check and report stock level discrepancies.
- Re-bin stock based on system-generated data.
- Scan and bin parts into allocated areas.
- Safely deliver goods and services.
- Adhere to legal rules and regulations.
- Deliver services/products exceeding customer expectations.
- Attend training to enhance work quality.
- Uphold company values.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 0-1 year experience in a similar role.
- Grade 12, Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04.
- Valid South African driver’s license.
