Job Description:
As a Shelf Packer at Pick n Pay, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing to our customers. You will assist customers in finding products, provide information or recommendations, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack shelves and bins according to laid down standards.
Listen to customer requests, provide the required products / service, and advise customers on products.
Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards within the Warehouse and on the floor.
Unpack, stack, and store stock in the Warehouse in a tidy and safe manner.
Display a sense of urgency in completing tasks efficiently.
Develop yourself by seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
Willingness to work shifts as per operational requirements.
