Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant at Sportscene, your primary duties will include:
Representing the brand by delivering outstanding customer experiences and acting as a brand ambassador.
Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
Consistently tracking and meeting sales performance targets.
Showcasing Sportscene’s diverse product range while staying updated with the latest trends in streetwear fashion.
Proactively seeking opportunities to generate new sales.
Assisting with stock replenishment and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with store standards.
Maintaining the store’s readiness to welcome customers at all times.
Minimum Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Matric Certificate is essential.
- A genuine passion for retail and customer service.
- Proven sales-driven attitude with excellent service delivery skills.
- A strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to tasks.
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and achieve tangible results.
- Previous experience representing a quality brand is advantageous.
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on a schedule that aligns with business needs.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as outlined in the Employment Equity Act.
