Key Responsibilities

As a Fashion Consultant, you will:

Represent the Brand: Act as an ambassador for The Fix by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Meet and Exceed Expectations: Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Sales Performance: Track and achieve sales targets while contributing to the store’s overall success.

Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest décor and fashion trends to provide informed recommendations.

Drive Sales Opportunities: Explore new ways to maximize sales and elevate the shopping experience.

Stock Management: Assist with replenishing stock and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Skills Required:
  • A passion for people and providing exceptional service.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent worker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
