Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate and committed to join the South African government as Clerks in several ministries, and applications are being accepted now. As a government clerk, one of your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that administrative procedures are carried out in a way that is both efficient and effective. There are vacancies available in the following areas for clerks: clerical positions that include administration clerks, registry clerks, accounting clerks, and human resources clerks

Responsibilities:

Admin Clerk:

-Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing.

-Providing support to department staff in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

-Maintaining records and databases accurately and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

-Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.

Human Resource Clerks

Registry clerk

-Assisting with financial data entry, including invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.

-Reconciling financial records and resolving discrepancies.

-Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements.

-Assisting with payroll administration and maintaining accurate employee records.

Accounting Clerk

Supply chain Clerk:

-Assisting in the recruitment and selection process by screening applications and scheduling interviews.

-Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

-Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and leave management.

-Assisting in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records
