Highlights of the Training Program:
Duration: 4 years (Levels 1 – 4)
Training Location: Imperial Technical Training Academy (ITTA), Johannesburg
Additional Training: 5 days in 5 weeks at ITTA
Distance Learning Program: CDX for interactive learning
Assessments: Computer-based and practical competency testing
Contract: CBMT contract with merSETA and learnership contract with Lindsay Saker Kempton Park
On-the-Job Experience: Lindsay Saker Bloemfontein Service Department
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
-Matric (with Mathematics, physical science)
-Computer literacy
-Successful completion of a mechanical insight test
-Clear background check
-Medical assessment for fitness for work
-Psychometric assessment and face-to-face interview for successful candidates
