GOVERNMENT GENERAL ADMIN CLERK: UNIT SUPPORT
Job Description:
The Government General Admin Clerk: Unit Support will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services for the assigned component(s). This role includes general administrative, logistical, and typing support services. The Admin Clerk will arrange meetings and refreshments, handle travel and accommodation arrangements, and manage stock and stationery orders. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, along with sound interpersonal relations and good filing and record-keeping skills.
Salary: R 18,034.75 per month
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Sound interpersonal relations
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good filing and record-keeping skills
- Computer skills
- Relevant experience in office administration will be an added advantage
Duties:
- Provide support services for the component(s) in question, including general administrative, logistical, and typing support services
- Arrange meetings and refreshments
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements
- Order stock and stationery
