Job Overview
Hyundai RPDC is looking for a dedicated, professional driver to join its dynamic team. This role requires the successful candidate to manage the delivery and collection of parts and customers in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will ensure that company vehicles are always well-maintained, adhere to road traffic regulations, and contribute to Hyundai’s reputation for exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Transport Duties: Safely deliver parts and transport customers as required, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
Support to Service Team: Assist service advisors and receptionists by providing transportation solutions for customers.
Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles in and out of wash bays and inspection areas as instructed.
Breakdown Recovery: Retrieve broken-down vehicles using company equipment, such as the car shop LDV and Mobi-jack, under the supervision of the foreman.
Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain accurate logbook entries, recording kilometres for all trips. Report any vehicle faults, damages, or incidents to the foreman.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all vehicles are operated safely, courteously, and in line with traffic laws.
Cleaning Assistance: Assist wash bay personnel in cleaning customer and breakdown vehicles when required.
General Duties: Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1-2 years of driving experience in the corporate sector, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- A valid driver’s license (Code 08) is mandatory.
Skills and Personal Attributes
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Excellent interpersonal abilities to maintain a positive work environment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to prioritize safety above all else.
Adaptability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage time efficiently.
