Eligibility Criteria

Age & Citizenship:

Must be a South African citizen.

Aged between 18 and 35 years.

Educational Background:

A Grade 12 certificate with:

Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy at a minimum of 40%.

Proficiency in English and at least one additional South African language, also at a minimum of 40%.

Additional Qualifications:

A tertiary qualification in Logistics or Operations Management is advantageous.

Employment Status:

Applicants must be unemployed and not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another organization.

Employment Equity:

Preference will be given to candidates who align with CCBSA’s Employment Equity guidelines.
