Available Learnerships

We are offering three exciting learnerships for 2025:

Operations Learnership

Gain hands-on experience in the packaging and beverage industry.

Develop the skills necessary for a career in packaging operations.

Warehouse Learnership

Build expertise in warehouse operations and logistics.

Learn about inventory management and supply chain processes.

Sales Learnership

Develop skills in sales and customer relationship management.

Learn to navigate the fast-paced world of retail and sales operations.

Key Dates

• Applications Open: May 2025
• Learnership Closing Date: 04 June 2025
• Duration: 18 months (Registered with the FoodBev SETA)

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for these learnerships, applicants must meet the following requirements:

General Requirements

Be a South African citizen aged 18 to 35.

Applicants must be unemployed and not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another organization.

Preference will be given to candidates who align with CCBSA’s Employment Equity guidelines.

Educational Requirements

Manufacturing Learnership:

Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%) and Physical Science (minimum 50%).

Human resources Learnership:

Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%).

A tertiary qualification in Logistics or Operations Management is advantageous.

Sales Learnership:

Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%).

A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is advantageous.

Language Proficiency

• Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language (minimum 40%).

Required Documents

Prepare the following documents before starting your application:

• An updated and detailed CV.
• A certified copy of your ID document.
• Certified copies of your Grade 12 results.
• Any relevant tertiary qualifications (if applicable).
