Key Responsibilities:
Manage intake of raw materials for malt production, ensuring availability of correct SKUs for production.
Monitor and ensure adequate supply of raw materials to production, aligning with inventory Controller & Operators and production plans.
Ensure compliance with Africa Zone Inventory Control Policy through regular engagement with stakeholders.
Develop and manage production schedules, aligning with Central Planning’s requirements and optimizing production resources.
Support implementation of VPO standards and improve logistics performance at the Plant.
Create Maintenance Work Orders and manage loss and waste effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
– Grade 12/Matric qualification.
– National Diploma or tertiary qualification (Advantageous).
– 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
– Strong knowledge of processes.
– Proficiency in MS Office and SAP R3 system.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
