Job Description

The role of the General Worker – Waste Sorter is responsible for sorting bottles and crates received back from customers, ensuring trucks are cleaned effectively and efficiently, and facilitating effective and efficient waste separation as required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Outputs:

• Correct sorting of bottles and crates, aligned with KPIs.
• Levelling of pallets and crates, aligned with KPIs.
• Cleaning of trucks, aligned with KPIs.
• Waste sorting, aligned with KPIs.
• Maintenance of a clean and tidy working area at all times.
• Ensuring safety and housekeeping practices are followed.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving situational issues.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
