Job Summary


As a Junior Learner, you will play a vital role in coordinating the delivery of learning and development services. You will work closely with a team to execute predefined objectives in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role is designed to help you develop essential skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the bank’s mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Management: Actively engage with inbound and outbound consultants to achieve daily customer service quality targets.

Skills Development: Drive participation in weekly skills audit tests to enhance knowledge, instill positive behaviors, and deliver exceptional results.

Team Leadership: Guide your team to achieve targets as outlined in quarterly performance contracts.

Coaching and Assessments: Conduct assessments and provide coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Achieve productivity targets, reduce outbound transfer calls, and exceed adherence to schedule targets.

In-Office Time Management: Ensure your team adheres to the required in-office time as per performance standards.

Education and Qualifications


To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Grade 12 qualification or an NQF Level 4 certificate.
  • A Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Education, Training, and Development is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
