About the Role:

Clover is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed South African youth aged 18 to 35 to join the YES Programme in the Production and Distribution department. This 12-month learnership aims to provide hands-on work experience at various Clover branches, including Clayville, Roodepoort, CDC KZN, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh, and Atlas Distribution.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a matric qualification (Grade 12), be currently unemployed, and not have participated in a YES Programme with another organization before.

Responsibilities:
As a participant in the YES Programme, your responsibilities will include:

-Laboratory operations: setting up, maintaining, and operating equipment.

-Record-keeping and reporting.

-Packaging equipment management.

-Quality testing of packaging.

-Adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.

-Basic tasks: handling products, complying with regulations, and maintaining housekeeping standards.

-Ensuring productivity by loading vehicles and maintaining warehouse standards.
