Job Title: Security Learnership Program

Introduction:

Are you driven, dedicated, and looking to carve a career in the security industry? Servest Security is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for young South Africans in Gauteng, particularly in the East Rand region, encompassing Springs, Kwa-Thema, Benoni, Etwatwa, and Wattville. We are offering a comprehensive 12-month learnership program designed to provide invaluable practical training, work experience, and a monthly allowance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completion of Matric (Matriculation).
2. Grade C PSIRA registration (mandatory).
3. Proactive attitude and a go-getter mindset.
4. Genuine interest and willingness to learn.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Residency in Springs, Kwa-Thema, Benoni, Etwatwa, or Wattville.
7. Keen interest in the security industry.
8. Age below 29 years.

Responsibilities:

1. Active participation in the 12-month learnership program.
2. Attend and engage in training sessions and workshops to acquire crucial security industry skills and knowledge.
3. Work under the guidance of experienced security professionals to gain hands-on experience.
4. Demonstrate commitment to learning and implementing security protocols.
5. Maintain effective communication within the team and with supervisors.
6. Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all security regulations.
7. Execute assigned tasks with diligence and attention to detail.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and secure environment.
