Minimum Requirements

Core Duties and Responsibilities
As a YES Learner (Merchandiser), your responsibilities will include:
Stock Control and Ordering:
Implementing proper stock control measures in-store and in backup storage.
Placing accurate orders and minimizing returns.
Ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and products are displayed attractively.
Shelf Management:
Maintaining neat, clean shelves and applying merchandising principles.
Following store flow and adhering to indicated shelf plans.
Keeping PI labels updated and using point-of-sale materials effectively.
Relationship Building:
Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with store management, Area Managers (AMs), customers, and team members.
Equipment and Administrative Tasks:
- Managing crates and equipment according to company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support operations.
