Purpose of the Job

Functional Outputs

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Updating raw material stock against SAP on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Updating and submitting production figures and efficiencies to relevant stakeholders daily.
  • Coordinating with buyers weekly to ensure raw materials are ordered from suppliers.
  • Creating purchase requisitions and inbound numbers as needed.
  • Balancing production and closing off at month-end.
  • Compiling and submitting month-end production statistics reports.

Job Requirements

  • Must be prepared to work on weekends if the 1st of the month falls on a weekend.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with Sasol’s commitment to Employment Equity.

Formal Education

  • Grade 12 (mandatory)
  • Valid Driver’s license (Code 8/10) (mandatory)

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in Production Administrative roles (mandatory)
